I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is great, just a short walk to the beach, the rooms were quite dated and not very comfortable. The staff was hardworking and friendly, especially one gentleman named Ramos, but the service overall was lacking, especially in dining. The facilities need some improvement, but the pool area was well-kept.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were large and bright, but the furniture was old and the balcony was tiny. I was disappointed to find no electricity or phone when I first arrived.
Service

The staff very friendly and hardworking, but there was a lack of assistance during our stay. I felt a bit neglected at times.
Location

The hotel is in a great location, only about 100m from the beach and surrounded by plenty of recreation areas.
Dining

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and with lovely pool areas. However, the rooms were quite disappointing, with a lot of maintenance issues that really took away from the experience. The service left much to be desired, as the staff were not very helpful. Overall, I think the hotel offers decent value for money but certainly needs improvements in several areas.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms left much to be desired. There was a hard pillow and a tiny balcony barely big enough for one person. The bathroom had serious issues, including a rusty nail and a shower that barely dribbled water. It felt like something I’d expect on a budget party holiday.
Service
5.0
The service was quite poor. The staff seemed rude and unhelpful. I often received drinks in cheap plastic cups instead of proper glasses and they weren't willing to assist with our problems.
Location
7.0
The location is actually nice, with easy access to the beach just 100 meters away. The pool area is well-kept with plenty of recreational spots, but the sun loungers were uncomfortable.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a mixed bag. Breakfast was sometimes a highlight, but I noticed some items, like the scrambled eggs, were quite watery and not appetizing.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities, especially the pool, were quite nice but lack a bit in comfort overall.

I had high hopes for this hotel, given its location, but overall my stay was quite disappointing. The rooms left a lot to be desired with aging furniture and maintenance issues, and the service was lacking especially when it came to addressing our needs. However, the beach was very close, which I appreciated, and the pool area, although a bit underwhelming, was a nice place to relax. Unfortunately, the dining options were poor, and the hotel did not feel like good value for money.

Rooms

The rooms were quite sparse and dated, with old furniture and maintenance issues like a rusty nail in the bathtub. The bed felt worn out, and our supposed 'pool view' was actually just a car park.
Service

Service was frustrating; the staff seemed friendly but were not helpful during issues we faced, and it felt like we were overcharged for a taxi with no real assistance offered.
Location

Overall, it’s an average stay that didn’t quite meet my expectations for comfort and cleanliness.
